A
comprehensive compression testing kit housed in a tough plastic
case for use with cars, light commercial and some marine engines.
The gauge is an easy to read 80mm diameter bourdon tube type
for accuracy. Graduated 0-1000psi and 0-70bar it is fitted
with a rubber boot to withstand shocks and has an integrated
pressure relief valve enabling repeat testing of individual
cylinders.
The tester is supplied with a flexible hose terminating with
a 90° adaptor and quick release coupling. The kit includes
11 adaptors to suit most modern engines, ie. M20, 22, 24 and
stanadyne dummy injectors, M8x1, M10, M12, M14, M10x1 short,
medium and long dummy glow plugs. Other adaptors are available
for the less popular sizes.
